LAIA: hello! I am 17 years old and I am from l'Aldea, in Catalonia (Spain).I'm student in High School and I want to study Biology.I play football in "Aldeanas' Club" and I like watching TV and sleeping!.

KENYA: Hy boys and girls! I'm 17 years old and I am from l'Aldea,in Catalonia (Spain). I'm student in High School and in a future I would be an english teacher. I'm optimistic and funny and I like taking photos!

CHRISTIAN: 16 years old and I am from l'Aldea, in Catalonia (Spain). I like playing football and tennis.My hobbies are bullfighting and watching TV.I have 5 blogs and I will the coordinator of rural paparazzi blog.Ah!I also like eating macarroni...I invite you to taste them!.

JASMIN: 16 years old and I am from l'Aldea, in Catalonia (Spain). Student in High School.

SUSANA: 29 years old and I am from Tortosa, in Catalonia (Spain). I am also student (still) and I work as Youth Leader in a Youth Centre in l'Aldea. Rural Paparazzi?Paparazzi rural?

Rural Paparazzi is a Youth Initiative created by 4 countries: Spain, Portugal, Poland and Latvia.
Everything began when:Barbara (from Poland), Edgars (from Latvia), Helena (from Portugal) and Susana (from Spain) met in a Trainning Course in Turkey. Here is where the story starts...
Since then we kept in contact to develop and organise the project. After sometime we applyed for "Youth Initiative" in Youth in Action Program.
Rural Paparazzi project is a Networking Project about photography.Every month we take photos concerning one theme:

February: Landscapes
March:Faces and people
May: Celebrations
June: Work in Rural Areas

And, every month we organise one exposition in every country:

March: Spain
April: Portugal
May: Latvia
August: Poland

We are 16 youngster and 4 mentors. So a big group of people.

This is what we do to get to know each other, to show our beautiful countries and our way of living!!

What's YOUTH IN ACTION PROGRAM 2007-2013?

Youth in Action is the European Union Program for young people aged 15-28

It aims to inspire a sense of active citizenship, solidarity and tolerance among young Europeans and to involve them in shaping the Union's future.

Youth in Action is a program for all! It promotes mobility within and beyond the EU borders, non-formal learning and intercultural dialogue, and encourages the inclusion of all young people, regardless of their educational, social and cultural background.

The Program supports a large variety of activities for young people and youth workers through five Actions:
Action 1 - Youth for Europe

Action 2 - European Voluntary Service

Action 3 - Youth in the World

Action 4 - Youth Support Systems

Action 5 - Support for European Co-operation in the Youth field
